Additional rating controls

Setting	Purpose
Rating priority	Order of episode average, season rating, and show rating sources.
Episode rating mode	Determines whether all required episode ratings must exist.
Target score format	Converts normalized source ratings for the selected target.
Show rating apply to	Limits aggregate show ratings to selected lifecycle states.

State controls

Promote planning to current allows a started source item to leave Planning. The Continue Watching pause rule is available for Plex, Jellyfin, and Emby. AniList note flags can override selected rules for one target entry.
