Sources
Open Settings > Sources and select Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby. Each source needs a unique stable ID, valid credentials, and at least one enabled library.
Plex sign-in
Section titled “Plex sign-in”Sign in with Plex creates a Plex PIN, opens Plex authorization, and imports servers accessible to the authorized account. Select only the resources you intend to add. The imported token is encrypted when Settings is saved.
You may also enter a reachable base URL and token manually. Prefer a Plex direct URL that works from the Brokerr container, not only from your browser.
Libraries
Section titled “Libraries”Choose Load libraries after credentials are configured. Enabled source libraries become available in profile editors. Disabling a source library does not delete a profile, but validation reports profiles that still reference unavailable libraries.
Jellyfin
Section titled “Jellyfin”Enter the server URL and API key, load users, select one user, then load libraries. See the Jellyfin guide for the supported watch-state model and Webhook Plugin setup.
Enter the server URL and a dedicated API key, load users, select one user, then load libraries. See the Emby guide for watch-state, movie-version, API path, and webhook behavior.
Webhooks
Section titled “Webhooks”Enable source webhook processing and copy the generated source URL into Plex, the Jellyfin Webhook Plugin, or Emby Webhooks. Jellyfin also needs the JSON template shown in its source editor. Profiles decide independently whether events from their selected libraries create runs. See Webhooks for matching and API-key rules.
Changing an ID that is referenced by a profile requires updating or removing the reference. Duplicate and noncanonical IDs are rejected.
