Does creating a profile start a sync?
Section titled “Does creating a profile start a sync?”No. Save the profile, then start a manual run or enable an eligible schedule.
Can I manually sync only one profile?
Section titled “Can I manually sync only one profile?”Yes. A manual profile run creates a one-profile batch. Group and all-profile actions are separate.
What happens when a profile schedule is paused?
Section titled “What happens when a profile schedule is paused?”That profile is excluded from the matching automatic group run. Manual sync and the other schedule mode remain available.
Why did OAuth connect without another confirmation page?
Section titled “Why did OAuth connect without another confirmation page?”The provider may already have a browser session and a previous grant for the same OAuth application. State still associates the callback with the target that started the connection.
Can Brokerr refresh tokens?
Section titled “Can Brokerr refresh tokens?”Yes where the provider supplies refresh tokens. Hosted mode may use the gateway for the client-credential portion; custom mode uses credentials stored on the instance. A revoked or unusable refresh token requires reconnect.
What if I lose the master key?
Section titled “What if I lose the master key?”Encrypted provider credentials and the revealable API key cannot be decrypted. The administrator password cannot recover it. Recreate the secret storage and re-enter/reconnect credentials.
Why does a run show no changes?
Section titled “Why does a run show no changes?”The target may already match Plex, incremental fingerprints may be unchanged, or items may be protected, ignored, unsupported, outside selected media types, or unmatched. Inspect child-run metrics and skipped reasons.
Why is target progress not reduced?
Section titled “Why is target progress not reduced?”Protect target progress keeps the higher target episode count. It is independent of target state protection and the Plex Continue Watching pause exception.
Does Trakt or SIMKL sync exact playback minutes?
Section titled “Does Trakt or SIMKL sync exact playback minutes?”Periodic Brokerr scans synchronize watched history/episodes. Short-lived provider scrobble sessions and resume positions are not reconstructed from Plex scans.
Is AniBridge used for every TMDB mapping?
Section titled “Is AniBridge used for every TMDB mapping?”No. AniBridge is anime mapping data. A direct Plex TMDB GUID is mapped directly; AniBridge is used only when its data can supply a missing target identifier.
Is sanitized export a backup?
Section titled “Is sanitized export a backup?”No. It omits credentials, users, tokens, API key, history, and audit data.
